Chair Massage - Also known as seated massage. This is performed on clients fully dressed to help to alleviate pain, trigger points, headaches and promote relaxation. This can be done in a variety of settings, including businesses, health fairs or the office. 

Swedish Massage - This form of massage is the most common. This technique is performed on clients undressed, covered by a sheet. Light, flowing strokes are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body to promote relaxation and improve circulation.

Deep Tissue Massage - This technique utilizes deep/firm pressure to manipulate the deeper muscles and fascia. This modality is used to help with chronic pain and injury rehabilitation. 

Lymphatic Drainage- This technique stimulates the body's lymph system through gentle touch to detox, reduce swelling and relieve pain. 

Extended Hand or Foot Massage - Add 15 minutes of extra hand or foot massage to any massage. 

CranioSacral - A light touch manual therapy enhancing the body's natural way of healing via the natural rhythm in the central nervous system including nerves, fluids and connective tissue.

Bridal Parties - Relaxing Swedish massage for your whole bridal party at your location. 

Massage Parties/Girls night - Enjoy a girls night with friends at your location with a relaxing Swedish massage for the whole group.
